Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta. Jollof spaghetti instructions
- Boil spaghetti for five minutes and strain.
- Add oil to pot allow to heat then add tomato paste, pepper onion and stir fry.
- Add seasoning and water and let the mixture boil..then add parboiled spaghetti..after it cooks add veggies and cover it to steam a little..serve hot.
