- You need 250 gm of Baingan.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Oil.
- You need 1/4 cup of Dahi.

Baingan Qeema instructions
- Heat oil in pot.add chop onion ginger garlic & fry to pink.add chop tomato & cook till soft.
- When tomato are soft.add qeema & masala. fry & cover till qeema half done.add baingan peeled & chop in qeema.
- When baingan get soft & mashed well in qeema add haradhania harimirchain.serve hot with nan or chapati. top up with podina leaves.
