  1. Heat oil in pot.add chop onion ginger garlic & fry to pink.add chop tomato & cook till soft.
  2. When tomato are soft.add qeema & masala. fry & cover till qeema half done.add baingan peeled & chop in qeema.
  3. When baingan get soft & mashed well in qeema add haradhania harimirchain.serve hot with nan or chapati. top up with podina leaves.
