🌺HARA LEHSUN WITH BAIGUN KA BHARTA 🌺 step by step

  1. Wash and clean baigun cover them with oil and put them on stove on slow flame. Keep rotating.
  2. Take Aata in a big platter mix salt and 2 tbspghee and make crumbs out of it. Add hara. Lehsun chopped and knead by adding water slowly.
  3. Now take a rolling platter and cover it with a big plastic shopper.
  4. Sprinkle some dry aata all over properly and make a roti.
  5. Heat a non stick tawa add some ghee/oil and convert the roti very slowly and carefully on the tawa by upsiding down the whole rolling platter.
  6. Now make roties cool them down for a little while and break them into small pieces. Now chopperize them to get the desired size.
  7. Now you take ur grilled brinjal and peel it's skin and scoop out the soft part. Beat yougurt.
  8. Add all the brinjal and masalas and mix well and keep aside.
  9. Put a piece of coal on the stove. Add the remaining ghee(2 to 3 tbsp) add the chopped hara lehsun sauté it for 30 seconds.
  10. And add all the crumbs in to the pan mix well and cook it for five to ten minutes on slow flame and gice it a coal smoke and ur lehsun is ready.
  11. Enjoy ur garam garamlehsun with baigun ka bharta.
