  1. Wash the Baigan and cut circular thick slices..
  2. In a blender blend cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, green chillies well..
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, salt to the paste. Smear the paste to the Baigan slices and set aside for 10 mins..
