Ingredients of Baingan bhaji
- You need 500 gm of baingan/brinzal.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped.
- It's 1 of tomato chopped.
- Prepare 1 of potato chopped.
- It's 2 of green chilli.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic chopped.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin.
- It's to taste of salt and red chilli.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric.

- Heat oil in a pan,add cumin,saute ginger-garlic.
- Add onion,tomato and spices,saute it and cook till tomato get mashy.
- Now mix baingan and potato and mix well,add 1 cup water and mix,cover it and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or untill potato get soft.
