  2. You need of chilled whipped cream.
  3. It's of vanilla essence.
  4. You need of chilled condensed milk.
  5. You need of yellow food colour (totally optional).

Mango Icecream instructions

  1. Add the mango cubes in a mixer pot and make a paste without water..
  2. Whisk with a electric bitter until the soft peak comes out..
  3. Add vanilla essence and mango pulp and whisk for 1 minute..
  4. Add condensed milk and yellow food colour and whisk another 1 minute..
  5. Take a chilled bowl and Add the whipped cream..
  6. Put the mixture into an air tight container and make even the top..
  7. Add some mango chunks on the top, cover and keep in freezer for 12 hours or overnight..
  8. After 12 hours serve by garnishing some mango chunks over it..
