- You need of ripe sweet peeled mango cubes without seeds.
- You need of chilled whipped cream.
- It's of vanilla essence.
- You need of chilled condensed milk.
- You need of yellow food colour (totally optional).
Mango Icecream instructions
- Add the mango cubes in a mixer pot and make a paste without water..
- Whisk with a electric bitter until the soft peak comes out..
- Add vanilla essence and mango pulp and whisk for 1 minute..
- Add condensed milk and yellow food colour and whisk another 1 minute..
- Take a chilled bowl and Add the whipped cream..
- Put the mixture into an air tight container and make even the top..
- Add some mango chunks on the top, cover and keep in freezer for 12 hours or overnight..
- After 12 hours serve by garnishing some mango chunks over it..
