- Prepare 2 cup of Basmati Rice.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- It's 2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 of cinnamon stick.

- Grind well, Ginger, Garlic and Green chilli into a thick paste..
- Soaked the Rice..
- To heated oil and ghee in a skillet add the whole spices and stir well..
- Add onion, salt and saute it until the onions turn golden brown..
- Add the ginger, garlic and chilli paste mixture and cook until the raw smell is gone..
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Garam Masala powder cook for a minute..
- Add tomatoes and cook until everything turns into a paste..
- Add yogurt and mix well..
- Add presoaked rice, water or chicken stock and mint leaves..
- Cover and Cook it on medium heat on 5 minutes then place a flat tawa under Neath it and simmer for 15 minutes for low heat..
- Kuska Biryani is ready to be served with Raita and Salad..
