  7. You need 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.

  11. Prepare 1 of Bay leaf.

  1. Soak soya chunks in water for 5 minutes..
  2. Boil eggs, peel off and fry in oil..
  3. Heat ghee in pressure cooker and put whole spices..
  4. Add chopped onions and fry till golden in colour..
  5. Add garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder..
  6. Add salt and soaked soya chunks and cook for a minute..
  7. Add curd and washed basmati rice and mix well so that spices coated rice properly..
  8. Add water, rose water, boiled eggs,food colour and close the lid and cook for 1 whistle..
  9. After releasing the pressure opwn the lid and serve hot..
