- Heat a pan add ghee, add whole spices and saute it for few seconds...add onions saute it till becomes pink,add ginger garlic paste,then add tomatoes cashew nuts,green chilli.saute well till tomatoes become mushy..cool it down and make fine paste....
- Take a pan heat butter and oil,add tomato onion paste add red chilli powder,garam masala,paneer masala,salt as per your taste..add 1 tbsp tomato sauce and cream saute it for 3 to 4 min..then add shallow fried paneer cubes and 2 tbsp of grated paneer...add kasuri methi..and keep aside...
