- In big pan fill half with water & when it boils add soaked rice in it add 4 Tsp salt & bay leaves & cook till 1 kaani rice it means you have to cook rice ehen you mashed with finger you have 1 grain in it...
- Then drain rice in big strainer...
- In big pan add half of rice then add prepared Mutton gravy over it then again cover it with rice sprinkle yellow food colour add green chillies, coriander leaves & mint leaves & out biryani on dum for 15 min on slow flame...
