  6. You need 2 drops of vanilla essence.
  7. You need of Fruit to garnish.

  1. Heat the double cream and milk in a saucepan. Add the vanilla and sugar and the scrapings of the inside of the vanilla bean bring to a simmer..
  2. Soak the gelatine leave in a bowl of cold water for 5mins. After 5 mins remove the soften gelatine leaves and squeeze and remaining water out..
  3. Add the gelatine leaves to the milk and cream and remove from the heat..

  5. Pour mixture into glasses or serving dishes and leave to chill in fridge until set..
