- Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled rajma.
- You need 2 of raw bananas boiled & mashed.
- You need 2 of potatoes, boiled & mashed.
- It's 1/4 cup of boiled corn.

Paneer Mexican Poppers instructions
- In a bowl, add boiled & semi smashed rajma, boiled & mashed banana/ potatoes, boiled corn, purple cabbage, mint leaves, Coriander leaves, oregano,chilli flakes, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt& mix it very gently. Add bread crumbs as per requirement for binding & crispiness. Divide into equal parts and make balls keep it aside..
- For filling: In a pan add grated paneer,pepper powder,salt & mint leaves and mix it very gently and make small balls keep them aside..
- Now spread one rajma ball in a palm & put a paneer ball on it & cover it give nice round shape & roll it in bread crumbs to make it crispy. make all balls same way..
- Shallow fry all these balls in a appe pan till they becomes golden brown and crispy.our maxican poppers r ready.Serve it with any dip..
