- You need 1 of Goat cheese (soft).
- You need 1 of Bell pepper.
- Prepare 1 of Salami (in cubes).

- Mix the goat cheese, salami and tomato (cubes, fresh, not canned) in a bowl, add salt/pepper to taste.
- Chop the top off your bell pepper and remove core/seeds. Stuff the goat and salami mix into the pepper..
- Stick in the oven or microwave for a few minutes; the major advantage is that every ingredient is already totally OK to eat, so they're super quick! (At my first try I stuck them in for ten minutes at approx 300°F...that's way too much)!.
