- Chop up Onion,Roasted red bell,Mushrooms, Add to frying pan with Butter. Once Golden brown drain Excess Butter, mix with Blue cheese in a bowl and Refrigerate till later.
- Take your Marinated Pork chops and cut a pocket into the chop almost like (Butterflying).
- Stuff Pork Chop with mix to the brim.
- Roll stuffed Pork Chop in Strips of bacon tightly securing toothpick if you need to.
- Should look like this... preheat Grill to Medium Heat. Oiling Grill Grate.
- Cook for 25 mins till bacon is completely crispy.. make sure pork is completely cooked through.
