- You need 4 cube of re bean curd.
- You need 1 bottle of Sriracha Chilli Sauce,strong hot required.
- You need 2/3 cup of tomato sauce.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of vinegar.
- It's 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of sugar.
- It's 1 bunch of coriander.
- Prepare 6 clove of garlic.
- Prepare 2 head of fermented garlic,plus 1 tbs of its brine.
- It's 1/3 cup of water.
- Prepare 20 of hot chili,optional.
- You need 2 tbsp of white sesame seeds.
Thai Style Suki-Yaki Sauce instructions
- Mix liquid ingredients in sauce pan,sriracha chilli sauce,ketchup,sugar,soy sauce,oyster sauce,whisk well and set on low heat.
- Use blender to blend red bean curd,garlic,fermented garlic,vinegar,half amouth of chilli,blend well.
- Now pour bean curd mixture to sauce pan,it's thick mixture,so you may want water to help take all mixture out from blender,simmer for 10 mins.
- Add sesame seeds,3 more mins to go,heat off and transfer to mixing bowl.
- Chop coriander and remain hot chilli,while the sauce is simmering.
- When sauce compleatly cool add chop chilli and coriander,now ready to use as dipping sauce for grills or with thai style suki yaki :).
