  1. You need 4 cube of re bean curd.
  2. You need 1 bottle of Sriracha Chilli Sauce,strong hot required.
  3. You need 2/3 cup of tomato sauce.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of vinegar.
  5. It's 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  7. It's 1 tbsp of sugar.
  8. It's 1 bunch of coriander.
  9. Prepare 6 clove of garlic.
  10. Prepare 2 head of fermented garlic,plus 1 tbs of its brine.
  11. It's 1/3 cup of water.
  12. Prepare 20 of hot chili,optional.
  13. You need 2 tbsp of white sesame seeds.

  1. Mix liquid ingredients in sauce pan,sriracha chilli sauce,ketchup,sugar,soy sauce,oyster sauce,whisk well and set on low heat.
  2. Use blender to blend red bean curd,garlic,fermented garlic,vinegar,half amouth of chilli,blend well.
  3. Now pour bean curd mixture to sauce pan,it's thick mixture,so you may want water to help take all mixture out from blender,simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Add sesame seeds,3 more mins to go,heat off and transfer to mixing bowl.
  5. Chop coriander and remain hot chilli,while the sauce is simmering.
  6. When sauce compleatly cool add chop chilli and coriander,now ready to use as dipping sauce for grills or with thai style suki yaki :).
