- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
- Heat and oil a non stick small pan (preferably a square one for Tamago Yaki). Reduce to low heat and pour in 2/3 of the egg mixture.
- Mix gently in large circle and gather the egg to the corner of the pan. Turn it over.
- Make a thin pancake like layer with the remaining egg, in the same pan and wrap it around the above. Repeat this 2-3 times till the egg mixture is all used.
