- You need 1/2 of yellow onion.
- Prepare 1/2 of green bell pepper.

- preheat skillet and add oil.
- cut potatoes in quarters (skin on).
- slice green and red pepper into strips.
- add onions and peppers to oil and cook until softened.
- add red potatoes to other veggies, season with creole seasoning, garlic powder and blk pepper, let them cook until they start to brown.
- when potatoes start to brown take spatula and turn potatoes and let them brown on other side.
- once they have browned on both sides turn your fire down to low and put a top on them and let them smother for about 20 mins or until tender.
