- Prepare 1 cup of Basmati Rice (soaked in water).
- You need 1 tsp of Garlic Ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 of Onion (chopped Diced).
- You need 1 of Onion (finely chopped).
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 3 tsp of Olive Oil.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Brown Sugar.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seed.

Carmalized Onion Rice instructions
- In a pan add 2 tsp Olive Oil then saute diced Onion and garlic ginger paste about 5 minutes.
- Then add water and salt, bring to a boil.
- Cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
- For carmalized onion heat 1 tsp Olive Oil over low heat and add Onion slices, after sometimes add 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar, stirring occasionally until completely soft, dark brown and carmalized.
- Then add Rice, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves in a pan.
- Cover the pan and cooked for 15 minutes.
- Now the Carmalized Onion Rice is Ready to Serve.
