- Prepare 8 of chicken tenders, or 4 breasts.
- Prepare 1 cup of flour.
- You need of I tsp each seasoning salt, garlic powder and cayenne.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Dijon mustard (divided).
- It's 2 tbsp of butter.
- You need 1/4 cup of white wine.
- It's 1 of shallot minced.
- It's 1/2 cup of half and half.
- Prepare pinch of salt.
- Prepare 3 tsp of tarragon.

- Put flour and seasonings on a plate, lightly roll chicken in the flour. Don't coat it like you would to fry chicken, just a light dusting.
