Ingredients of Daal Paratha

  1. You need 250 gm of Leftover tadka daal.
  2. Prepare 200 gm of Wheat flour.
  3. It's 4 tsp of oil.
  4. You need of Salt as per taste.
  5. You need of Water as per requirement.

Daal Paratha step by step

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine daal, wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead properly.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour..
  3. Roll ball into 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour.
  4. On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear.
  5. Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown.
  6. Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  7. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough to make more paratha.
  8. Finally, serve paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle..
