- Chop all vegetables and Keep all the ingredients ready as mentioned above.(1)To knead the dough for Parathas,take 2 Cups whole Wheat Flour in a mixing bowl.Add 2 tbsp oil and salt.Mix well Add water as needed to knead the dough for Parathas.cover the dough and give rest for 10 min.Mean while let us make the stuffing.(2) To make stuffing,take a pan,add Chopped garlic, Chopped carrot,chopped Onion,chopped cabbage and add salt.Saute on Medium flame to Dry up all moisture..
