Ingredients of Paratha

- Pour the flour in bowl n add salt n oil..mix it n add water gradually n make soft dough n knead it with wet hand. Then cover it for 10 mint....
- Take a small ball n spread it as u can..then spread oil with hand all the sides n sprinkle flour on it n roll it like squre shape n then flatten with the help of rolling pin. Now put your paratha on rolling pan..... cook with oil r butter n press with cloth n squre paratha Is ready...
- Now take medium ball n do it like what I said earlier but its shape will be different. Now we r making lachhaa paratha n its look a like like this. Same procedure make with oil n press with cloth.. here we go....
- Now u can eat ur parathas with yogurt, mix pickle n tea... Crispy paraha is ready n waiting for ur self..👍👍🙋♀️🙋♀️.
