- Prepare 250 gms of Broccoli.
- Prepare 2 cups of wheat flour.
- It's 1 tsp of desi ghee.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of butter.
- It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Amchur powder.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of carom seeds.
- You need 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need as required of Water to make dough.
Broccoli Paratha step by step
- For stuffing-Take 250 gm broccoli.wash it and grate/chop it finely..
- Now heat up a pan with 1 tsp of desi ghee,add grated broccoli. Now add salt to taste,cumin powder,black pepper powder & Amchur powder and cook for 2 mins..
- Take it out in a bowl and add chopped coriander leaves.MIx well. Broccoli stuffing is ready for paratha..
- Now for dough..Take 2 cups wheat flour in a bowl.Add salt,carom seeds & 1 tbsp oil,mix well.Add little by little water and make a soft dough like other paratha..
- After 10 mins rest for the dough,make equal size balls now take a ball..roll it a bit,keep 2 tbsp stuffing in between, close from all sides and roll it again..
- Now heat up a Tawa with butter. Place the prepared paratha upon it and roast it from both the sides with butter untill become nice and crisp on high flame..
- Take it out in a plate.Repeat the same process with others too. Serve hot with coriander mint chutney and enjoy..
