- It's 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour.

Egg Paratha step by step
- Ina mixing bowl take the whole wheat flour. Add few drops of oil and salt to taste. Mix well and knead to a smooth dough by adding water as needed. Cover and keep aside for 20-30 minutes..
- Meanwhile, break the eggs in a deep bowl. Add in onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Beat well until frothy by using a fork or spoon. Keep it aside..
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion of the dough into a chapati of 6 inch diameter using a little wheat flour..
- Heat a nonstick tawa (griddle) on a medium flame and cook the chapati using 1/2 tsp oil till it turns light brown from both sides. This has to be half cooked at this stage and not completely done..
- Now reduce the flame to low. Pour half of the egg mixture over the chapati and spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add little oil on the sides..
