Ingredients of Carrot Paratha
- It's 1 cup of Grated carrot.
- It's 2 TSP of roasted besan/gram flour.
- It's 1 TSP of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 TSP of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 TSP of garam masala.
- It's 1/4 cup of oil.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Freshly chopped green coriander leaves.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic ginger paste.
- It's 1 1/2 bowl of Wheat flour.
- It's to taste of Salt.
Carrot Paratha step by step
- First knead wheat flour by adding salt and 1 TSP oil and wash and grate the carrots.
- Heat 1TSP oil add grated carrot,red chilli powder, Turmeric powder,saute for 2 minutes add roasted besan,garam masala and salt as per taste,saute till mixture looses the pan,add coriander mix well take it down,let it cool..
- Now take a small ball of wheat flour and stuff carrot mixture in it,roll paratha as usual.
- Now heat non-stick pan,add some oil and roaste paratha from both the sides as usual..
- Parathas r ready to serve it with sauce or chutney..
