- You need 5 of sliced Onions.
- You need 3 of tomatoes.

- Heat oil in a ladai,add mustard, cumin seed and curry leaves..
- Add onions and saute till it becomes translucent..
- Then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and chopped tomatoes..
- Once the tomato turns mushy then add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and pour little water (to cook masala and avoid burning)and mix well.
