- It's 5 cups of rice.
- You need 10 of medium sized tomatoes.
- Prepare 4 of medium sized tatashe.
- Prepare 2 handful of fresh pepper.
- You need 4 of medium sized onions.
- Prepare 2 of small tinned tomatoes.
- Prepare 3 kg of Turkey.
- You need of Curry powder.
- It's of Thyme.

- Cut turkey, and wash thoroughly.
- Marinate turkey with curry, thyme and rosemary leaves, ginger, garlic, seasoning cubes, black pepper and two blended onions overnight.
- Boil turkey until properly cooked.

- Fry turkey until golden brown.
