- Prepare 10 oz of Filipino sweet sausage (may substitute or change amount).
- It's 8 oz of cream cheese softened.
- It's 1 tsp of minced garlic.
- Prepare 1 of seeds for heat.
- You need 1 of grated cheddar/jack cheese (may substitute).
- You need 1 of salt and pepper to taste.
Firehouse Stuffed Jalapeños instructions
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- Split peppers lengthwise and de-seed.
- Brown sausage, drain and put in bowl.
- Combine cheese, garlic, seeds for heat, salt and pepper to taste and hand mix with sausage.
- Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
- Place a small sprinkle of grated cheddar/jack on top of each pepper.
- Place peppers onto lined cookie sheet.
