  2. Prepare 10 oz of Filipino sweet sausage (may substitute or change amount).
  3. It's 8 oz of cream cheese softened.
  4. It's 1 tsp of minced garlic.
  5. Prepare 1 of seeds for heat.
  6. You need 1 of grated cheddar/jack cheese (may substitute).
  7. You need 1 of salt and pepper to taste.

Firehouse Stuffed Jalapeños instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Split peppers lengthwise and de-seed.
  3. Brown sausage, drain and put in bowl.
  4. Combine cheese, garlic, seeds for heat, salt and pepper to taste and hand mix with sausage.
  5. Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
  6. Place a small sprinkle of grated cheddar/jack on top of each pepper.
  7. Place peppers onto lined cookie sheet.
