- Prepare of Boneless Chicken Breast - 500 grams(cut into thin strips).
- You need of Oil for Deep frying.
- Prepare of For Marination:.

- You need 1 of Egg.
- It's 1/2 cup of All-purpose Flour / Maida.
- It's 1/4 cup of Corn Flour / Corn Starch.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of black Pepper.
- You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
- You need of Ajinomoto - 1 tsp (optional).
- Prepare of For Sauce:.
- You need 3 of Dry Red Chilli.
- It's 4 tbsps of Crushed Cashews.
- You need of Onion - 1 large finely chopped.
- It's 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Red Chilli crushed.
- Prepare of Soya sauce - 1 tbsp or to taste.
- You need 1/4 cup of Tomato Ketchup.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Sugar.
- Prepare of Ajinomoto /Msg - 1 tsp (optional).
Dragon Chicken instructions
- Take chicken in a bowl and add all the marination ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 mins..
- Now heat some oil for deepfrying. When the oil is hot drop the chicken in oil and fry till golden. Drain and set aside..
- Now heat oil in a frying pan. Add in dry red chilli and cashews and fry till the cashew turn golden brown.
- Now add in onions and light brown it in the oil.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
- Now add in red chilli crushed, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, ajinomoto, sugar and mix well.
- Cook this for a couple of mins till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.
- Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce. Decor it as you want and serve with fried rice.
