Dragon chicken step by step
- For marination= In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.Marinate for 15 minutes..
- Heat suffcient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry chicken until golden brown,drain it on absorbent paper..
- For sauce= Heat oil in a pot add cashews nuts,2 dry red chilli,and fry till the cashews turn golden brown..
- Add chopped oinon,cupcicum,and toss well in the oil..
- Add 1 table spoon ginger gaelic paste,and saute for a minutes..
- Now add 1 tablespoon red chilli sause,50 mililetter tomato ketchup,1 tabelspoon soya sauce,sugar,salt,and mix well..
- Add 3 tabelspoons water and cook this for couple of minutes till the water evaporates and sauce thickens..
- Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce..
- Mean while check the salt..
- Garnish with coriander leaves..
- Serve hot..
