- Prepare of Yellow Lentil / Toor Dal / Tuvar.
- It's of Water – (Dal : Water ratio 1:2).

- Add ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 2 tsp of Groundnut (Mungfali), ¼ tsp of Asafoetida (Hing), ½ tsp of Chana Dal, ¼ cup of chopped Onions, 3 to 4 nos. of slit Green Chillies and sauté for 2 min. on medium flame..
