- Knead a hard dough using all the ingredients.let it rest for 10mins.
- In a cooker put tuvar and moong dal, salt & haldi... add 4cup water and cook till 3-4whistles.
- Make small balls of dough and press thinly to make dhokli.
- Heat a pan add ghee... then add hing cumin seeds & mustard seeds... cook & add tomato purée..
- Add all the spices to it and cook for 5mins on low flame then add dal to it..
- Add 3cups of water let it boil then add dhokli to it.... cover it and cook until dhokli becomes soft.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon..
