Mutke whole wheat step by step

  1. First let's mix the whole wheat flour, salt and water and knead a dough. A little harder that what you knead for roti. Now make a long elongated spiral rolls and with the tip of your index finger and thumb apply some oil and just pinch a small amount of dough..

  8. Add some water, sugar, salt and lime juice, cooked daal.and let it simmer for 5 more min.. then add the magic masala and again stir and simmer for 5 more min..
  9. Now add this masala to the boiled Mutke and let it simmer for 10 more min.. this way the Mutke will absorb the kala masala.. and will he a little thick..if needed add more water to keep the consistency a little watery..do not make more watery..add salt according to your taste..
