- Wash rice trice with water and add enough water & cook in microwave for 10 mins at 80 power level..
- In heavy bottom pan add milk and sugar..boil it.on slow flame. Simmer for 20-25 mins, stirring occasionally till the mixture is thick..and rice is more soften..
- Add cardamom powder and mix well..
- Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Garnish with pistachio flakes and dried rose petals..
